The loft is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 floors, with 2 queen sized air mattresses that can be set up if needed. In all, the loft can comfortably house 10 people, with two on each full sized bed, 2 on each queen sized air bed, one (6 years or older) in the upper bunk, and one in the single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a cleaning service that can be called for extra cleaning, daily if needed. Weekend, weekly, and monthly rentals available.

Rates:
For 1-2 people: $150 per night plus housekeeping.
For 3 or more people: $150 per night, plus $25 per extra person per night, plus housekeeping.

Kids under 12 are free (Extra housekeeping may be required)
Security deposit will only be a hold on your credit card, and will depend on the length of your stay
